Whether you're hollowing one out to get to those delicious pumpkin seeds, or maybe to make a spooky jack-o-lantern, or even a pumpkin pie, there's no shortage of pumpkin patches throughout the Tampa Bay area where you can find a great pumpkin. Humane Society of Tampa Bay 11th Annual Pumpkin Patch - The Humane Society of Tampa Bay will host their annual pumpkin patch at their home base located at 3607 N Armenia Ave. Beginning on Saturday, October 13, guests can head out to the Humane Society to purchase plump pumpkins, enjoy the decorations, meet with all the pets up for adoption, and more. Takes place everyday until Halloween. Closed Monday. Open Tues.-Fri. 12 to 7 p.m. and Sat.-Sun. 10 - 5 p.m.
Grace Lutheran Pumpkin Patch - Located at 3714 W. Linebaugh Ave. in Tampa, Grace Lutheran will host a great pumpkin patch that kicks off on Saturday, October 13 and lasts until Halloween on October 31. There will also be bags of candy for the kids for $1. Open every day from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Pumpkin Patch and Fall Festival at HorsePower for Kids - This Tampa horse stable and kids attraction will host a fall festival and pumpkin patch taking place every weekend from October 6 through Halloween. The festival will feature pony rides, farm animals, face painting, and, of course, a pumpkin patch where you can purchase one for Halloween. Open 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. every weekend until Halloween.
Tampa Bay Farmers Market - Located at 623 S. Macdill Ave., the Tampa Bay Farmers Market is a great place to find fresh, local produce, prepared foods, and, of, course, pumpkins for the Halloween season. They come in sizes ranging from handheld to over 20 inches in diameter. The farmers market is open seven days a week, Mon.-Sat. 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
