If you’re sick of going out to the same bars every weekend, we get it! Why not travel over the bridge and check out Downtown St. Pete’s nightlife? And this week is First Friday, which means the nightlife will be in full swing by 6 p.m.
First Friday means St. Pete turns up! This month the live band is The Tempests, an American garage rock band that formed in 1962 in Tampa. They've continued playing shows since then and have remained a fan favorite over the years! The featured beer this month is Sam Adams, and the featured liquor is Mellow Moonshine.
Some of the most popular bars to head to as the band plays their last encore are Five Bucks Drinkery, MacDinton’s, Yard of Ale and Caddy’s on Central! Each plays music and has drink specials for you to enjoy!
Discover - Puppies at the Disco
If you have a hard time choosing between staying home with your furry best friend or going out with friends every weekend, Puppies at the Disco is the perfect event for you! During this silent disco, you listen to music in a headset along with the other party-goers and dance the night away. WTR welcomes pet-lovers of all kinds to do The Bump or the YMCA at this silent disco where all proceeds go to Tampa Tails! Tampa Tails is the Humane Society of Tampa Bay’s young professionals networking group, so this is the perfect event to meet fellow Dog-Moms or Dads!
