So, it's December 29th and you don't have a date for New Year's Eve. Or maybe you want to start the 2019 celebrations early. Or maybe you just want to meet some new people before 2018 ends, no matter what reason you’re looking to turn up, the Downtown Crawlers have your back once again!
On the evening of December 29th, the Downtown Crawlers will be ringing in the new year early as they throw the last Bar Crawl of 2018, Tampa’s Masquerade Bar Crawl!
The crawl will begin at 4 p.m. at American Social, which provides a gorgeous view of the skyline, perfect for an Instagram shot via our expert 813area photographer! Next, you’ll stop by a new restaurant and bar in South Tampa called Thee Tree House, on Platt! Their claim to fame is that they make everything (but their mayo) from scratch! If there was one place I was going to grab a bite to eat on this crawl it’s definitely Thee Tree House! Next, the Downtown Crawler’s favorite bar, Franklin Manor! With upbeat music and high energy vibes Franklin Manor is the bar in Downtown! The last stop is District Tavern which is a fun and lively bar in Channelside that allows for the party to continue all night long.
The first 50 crawlers who check in will get a free donut courtesy of Little Donut House and complimentary jello-shots on the busy from the original JEL SHOT Company.
Grab a cute mask from Party City, or craft one yourself from a DIY video you find on YouTube! The dress code is casual but they never mind if you want to dress up for a special evening inside Downtown Tampa’s coolest bars!

With the purchase of your ticket, you are given a free welcome shot at each bar, discounted food and drink specials, free transportation from bar to bar (in a lively party bus), bar games a raffle ticket and much more fun!
The Downtown Crawlers events are much more than just drinking! They vet each bar for optimal levels of fun and keep the party going on our entertainment infused buses. They also organize bar games from beer pong to flip cup to corn hole, for a chance to win additional drink vouchers and tickets to local events, shows, and attractions. It's a great way to get ready for New Year's Eve in Tampa!
