After an exciting week of events and film screenings, the 2014 Gasparilla International Film Festival (GIFF) wrapped up Sunday evening with an awards presentation at Muvico Centro Ybor followed by a Closing Night Party at The Ritz Ybor.
The 2014 festival represented GIFF’s 8th year of celebrating the best independent filmmakers from around the world. Films were recognized with awards from both the GIFF Grand Jury and the GIFF audience selections. Three rising stars were also recognized in Sunday evening’s ceremony.

The Gasparilla International Film Festival continues to inspire, educate and entertain through this annual celebration of film. While the 2014 festival is "a wrap”, GIFF continues to cultivate the film industry of Tampa Bay and Florida throughout the year. Get involved and start now to make GIFF 2015 even stronger.
