When you're a place like the Shops at Wiregrass, you've definitely got to get prepared for the holiday season. Throughout November and December, thousands upon thousands of shoppers will infiltrate this hub for shopping and dining in North Tampa to stock up on gifts and more for the holiday season.
While just getting prepared for this is a daunting tast in itself, the Shops at Wiregrass go above and beyond every year with Symphony in Lights. Kicking off on November 19 with a dazzling tree lighting ceremony, the Symphony in Lights event will feature over 250,000 lights, 47 miles of wire, 2,000 watts of sound, and 10 tons of holiday dècor coming together in an amazing display coordinated to the music of the Trans Siberian Orchestra.
Head to the Shops at Wiregrass between November 19 and December 31 to see this awesome displays. Shows run at 6, 7, 8, and 9 p.m. each night between these dates.
The kick off, titled the Symphony of Lights Tree Lighting Ceremony, on Saturday, November 19 is one not to miss. Bring the family and watch as the huge Christmas tree at the Shops at Wiregrass gets lit up. Enjoy live music from Late Night Brass, watch towering stilt walkers, and walk amongst a number of costumed characters.
Kids will enjoy attractions at the Symphony in Lights Tree Lightning Ceremony including face painting, a balloon artist, bounce house, and more. The Tree Lightning Ceremony kicks off at 5 p.m. on November 19.
