This year's Rooftop Eve at Hyde Park Village just got even better! The Moulin Rouge themed event will now be including Copperfish Seafood Grill & Oyster Bar as a part of the NYE Dinner Package. Copperfish is a winner for those who enjoy only the finest and freshest seafood. Their daily menu frequently changes so that customers are guaranteed the freshest catch of the season. They offer a winning combination of superior seafood and premium hand cut steaks that will leave you begging for more. - "New Wave Surf and Turf": filet mignon and a shrimp wrapped sea scallop that is grilled, served with “truffle yaki” sauce, cucumber ginger salsa, wasabi mashed potatoes, charred asparagus
- Tuna “Danielle": seared yellow fin tuna served over parsnip puree, with haricot verts, shallot marmalade and cabernet syrup
- Rosemary Garlic Grilled “almost” Boneless Chicken: crunchy saffron risotto cakes, tomato garlic salsa fresca, asparagus and natural reduction
- Warm White Chocolate Macadamia Bread Pudding: toasted macadamia ice cream, rum caramel, chantilly
- Baked "Florida," Key Lime Custard: graham cracker crust, mango salsa, merinugue
