Ahh, Oktoberfest. One great reason to be jealous of the Germans. Every year, for a two-week stretch between late September and October, the center of Munich, or Theresienwiese, turns into beer town. 14 tents throughout the town will host beer-centric happenings throughout Oktoberfest. This fest is the largest of its kind in the world and attracts and an average of 5 million visitors a year but this year the event is on pause.
