On Sunday, May 12 all six Grillsmith locations throughout the Tampa Bay area will host a Mother's Day Brunch featuring Grillsmith's signature selections of New American cuisine from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Brunch will feature an assortment of morning drinks like mimosas and Bloody Marys as well as an ample selection of brunch favorites, benedicts, omeletes, kids selections, and more.
Grillsmith Mother's Day Brunch highlights include their Gasparilla Shrimp and Grits made with shrimp and Andouille sausage in an etouffee-style sauce with sautéed onions and bell peppers, served over smoked Gouda grits; the Grillsmith Scramble with eggs, roasted Tuscan potatoes, English muffin and your choice of applewood-smoked bacon or sausage; or Crab and Shrimp Benedict with Maryland-style crab and shrimp cakes over sautéed spinach, on English muffins with poached eggs finished with Old Bay hollandaise sauce and served with roasted Tuscan potatoes.
