The Founder Institute, the world's largest startup company accelerator group, is exploring a new chapter launch in the Tampa Bay area.
The Institute's part-time, four-month program offers new and existing business founders a new, exciting way to launch their dream with company expert training, feedback, and support from established startup CEOs. Best of all, the program is part-time, so students will never even have to leave their day jobs.
To give the Tampa Bay area an idea of what they're all about, the Founder Institute will offer two free, informative events at CoWorkTampa (3104 N. Armenia Ave.) later this month.
"We're excited to have Founder Institute utilizing the CoWorkTampa space. The Tampa community needs proven leaders who know how to raise 30m, or take a company public," said CoWorkTampa founder Chris Arnoldi. "We are more than happy to sponsor these events for them, and look forward to making it successful."
The first event is a Founder Institue Information Session taking place at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15 at CoWorkTampa. Guests can head out and meet local directors, ask questions, and learn how to launch a successful startup with the help of the Founder Institute. There will be free beer and pizza for all those who come early.
The next event, the Startup Ideation Workshop, will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22 at CoWorkTampa. Here, Founder Institute experts will help you improve your startup idea, come up with new ideas, determine the next steps, and recruit potential co-founders. This intensive, collaborative workshop will give you constructive feedback and expert advice to get your on your way to leading a successful startup company.
Both events are free, but potential guests are encouraged to reserve tickets for the information session here and the Startup Ideation Workshop here. For more information, visit fi.co.
