The Inaugural Corks and Forks Tampa Bay is coming to Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park in Downtown Tampa for a night of delicious local cuisine, live entertainment, and more on Friday, May 10.
The Corks and Forks Food-A-Palooza will kick off at 5 p.m. with hundreds of Tampa residents and visitors alike expected to descend upon Curtis Hixon Park for a night of delicious, prepared hors d’oeuvres from restaurants and food trucks throughout the area, craft beers, featured cocktails, select wines, and live entertainment to keep the fun going all night long.
Charlotte, North Carolina American rock outfit Simplified will be on hand to perform a rip-roaring concert featuring an assortment of hits from their latest LP, 2011's Brighter Days.
Once the Corks and Forks Food-A-Polooza ends at 9 p.m., guests are encouraged to head out to Corks and Forks' After Hours event taking place at Downtown Tampa's premier open-air martini bar Martini Republic, located right down the road at 912 Franklin St. in Downtown Tampa.
After Hours will feature sample cocktails from Tito’s Vodka- the events spirit sponsor - as well as unique hors d’oeuvres and desserts from 10 p.m. until midnight. DJ KNEX will be spinning the best in pop and dance music inside and the Courtney Lee band will perform on the outside deck.
Tickets to the Corks and Forks Food-A-Polooza at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park are $100 per person and include unlimited food and beverages as well as spirits, craft beer, and wine sampling for those 21 and up.
Tickets to the After Hours event taking place at Martini Republic are $60 and include unlimited, heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, and alcoholic beverages.
