The Cocktail Conservation Society, a 4-week event series benefitting a different cultural landmark in Tampa each week, will return to Capital Grille at the International Plaza from September 9 to October 6.
Capital Grille will feature five different classic cocktails from Tampa's golden age with a portion of sales benefitting a different Tampa cultural landmark each week.
Cocktails include...
The Mule - Premium vodka, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer.
Strawberry Mojito - Atlantico Rum, Monin Pure Cane Syrup, fresh strawberry, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves.
Pimm's Cup - Pimm's No. 1 Cup Gin, Lorina Sparkling Lemonade, lemon, lime, cucumber and mint.
Real Dill - American Harvest Organic Vodka, dill, agave syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and cucumber
Rye Old Fashioned with Old Overholt Rye Whiskey, Angostora bitters, and a sugar cube.
All five of these classic cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the four weeks.
During the first week, September 9 - 15, a portion of the sales from these cocktails will benefit the historic Tampa Theatre. Sales from the second week of the Cocktail Conservation Society Event Series, September 16-22, will benefit Tampa Union Station. Sales from the third week, September 23-30, will benefit the Cuban Club; and sales from the final week, September 30 to October 6, will benefit the Italian Club.
