Registration for exhibitors and attendees for the 2018 Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show, which is expected to attract 450 vendors and over 8,000 attendees to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, is now open. The comprehensive trade show will run September 6th through 8th with special events throughout those three days.
An exciting development for 2018 is that the trade show will now be co-located with Healthy Food Expo, which should help draw even more food service industry professionals to the show. The comprehensive trade show is sponsored by the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and managed by Clarion UX. Surveys of attendees at past Florida Restaurant & Lodging Shows indicate 63% of show attendees are involved in their company's purchasing decisions and 51% of attendees plan to spend at least $100,000 on products and equipment at the show.
