Local photographer, Leonardo Arbonies, has portrayed Tampa as it may be if this rain continues to drown our great city. Even the Star Wars AT-AT's are struggling to make their way across town.
Everything in this image was compiled from photos that Leonardo had taken. The skyline, including the "Beer Can" Sykes Building, are from his own photos. The water was taken from Clearwater Beach, the shark from the Florida Aquarium and the Tecoline Street Car Trolley in Ybor City. Even the cars were from his photos .
Oh and you might be thinking, the AT-AT from Star Wars, how did he get that photo? Well he bought the collectible AT-AT for $15 at a local thrift store where his son was volunteering and set it up as a product photography shoot.
This compilation is an amazing piece of artwork and really portrays what our city currently feels like we are undergoing. Feel free the share the article and the image, but we encourage you to tag the artist to give credit for his work.
