Get ready Tampa Bay rock fans. 98 Rockfest is coming back to the Tampa Bay Times Forum on Saturday, April 28.
Local rock station, 98 Rock unveiled the line up for the 2012 edition of Rockfest late yesterday afternoon. Alt-rock chart toppers, Evanescence will headline the fest alongside Florida natives, Shinedown.
Five Finger Death Punch, P.O.D., Trivium, and Halestorm are also slated to perform at 98 Rockfest.
Rockfest will boast two stages, one inside and one outside. Shinedown will headline on the stage inside the Tampa Bay Times Forum while P.O.D. will headline the outdoor stage.
Ticket prices for 98 Rockfest will range from $29.99 to $150. General admission (pit) and first level tickets will cost $59.99, second level tickets will cost $39.99, and third level tickets will cost $29.99. VIP tickets for the two closest sections to the stage will cost $150 and get you early entry, parking, private acoustic performances, a commemorative laminate, and more.
Tickets officially go on sale this Friday, January 27 at 10 a.m. If you want them early, though, 98 Rock is offering a presale from 10 a.m. on Wednesday (1/25) to midnight on Thursday night. To get these presale tickets, head to the 98 Rockfest Ticketmaster page during this time frame and enter the password - rockfest - to get your tickets early.
