Put your cooking to the test with the Tapas Cooking Challenge at the Ybor Aficionado Days. Finalists will get to cook in the Columbia Restaurant kitchen for a chance to win $500!
This contest is put on by the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce for the Ybor Aficionado Days. Anyone is able to enter the Tapas Cooking Challenge by filling out an entry form which you can download here.
The Tapas Cooking Challenge involves having you come up with a unique tapas recipe. After all recipes are received, four finalists will be selected to cook their tapas recipe in the kitchen of the Columbia Restaurant. The recipes will be judged live on April 15 and the overall winner will receive $500. Don't delay, submit your recipe now!
Entries must be received at the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce by April 6. You can email the form to tfavata@ybor.org or mail it to the Ybor City Chamber of Commerce at 1800 East 9th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 3360.
