Rawls Road Electric Light Show - Carrollwood Northdale Area - 5118 Rawls, Rd. 33624
For more than 15 years families along Rawls Road have been capturing hearts during the holidays with their light displays. The display is open daily through Jan. 1st from sunset to 9 p.m. Admission is free however donations are appreciated.
South Tampa ~ El Prado Avenue West of Dale Mabry and surrounding neighborhoods including West Clifford Street and Harbor View Avenue
Things get competitive on Euclid Avenue in South Tampa as families attempt to outdo one another at the holidays. Be sure to drive the neighborhoods in this area as several homes do a nice job of decorating. And don't miss West Clifford Street! Nothing synchronized to music, or over the top about this display, we mention it because of the way it has grown over the years, it is clever and kids love it! Also, on Harbor View Avenue, between Himes and MacDill, the MacIllwain family continues to put up their massive display, not as huge as it once was, and not synchronized it is still worth a visit if you are in the area.

Tampa General Hospital Davis Islands South Tampa along Bayshore Boulevard
Getting into the spirit of Tampa's Downtown Lights Tampa General Hospital this year placed several Christmas trees in red, white and green on different parts of the roof, staggering them across the skyline. Coming from downtown to travel south on Bayshore Boulevard you get the full effect of the bridge lights reflecting on the water with the trees in the distance, it is beautiful. Don't miss it! Holiday Light in the Gardens Largo 12520 Ulmerton Rd. Largo, FL 33774
A wonderful tradition in support of a great cause, you can stroll through botanical gardens with more than 750,000 twinkly lights, lasers, animated figures and entertainers to see Santa and Mrs.Claus with a lighted snowman and his family. If you have a PSTA pass you get a free pair of 3-D glasses to enhance the show. Check flbg.org for a complete schedule. A donation of $4 is suggested and kids under are 12 free.
Lake Park Estates Clearwater ~ 109 Ave N & 102nd Ave, Seminole, FL 33777
The neighborhoods of Lake Park have an annual display 3 miles long: Lights of Lake Park Estates to Benefit Suncoast Hospice and / Empath, Wieker, Lakeside Estates, and Lake Seminole Village, generously decorate their homes and yards with miles of Christmas Lights and Decorations to raise money for Suncoast Hospice programs. Money donated in 2014 totaled $47,166! 100% of the proceeds go directly to Suncoast Hospice in support of community activities. This is the 24th year for the Lights of Lake Park; since their inception in 1993, they have raised over $700,000.
Lights of Winter Plant City 3212 Bella Garden Lane, Plant City, Florida 33566
Lights of Winter Is one of the BEST synchronized displays in the area, and certainly worth the trip to see! This computerized Christmas light show in Plant City, Florida features over 26,000 lights dancing on TWO houses and snow from Dec 15th - to Dec 25th, 6 - 10 PM.
